We started our business in 2000, under the ownership of Eurobank. In December 2015, Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, an international investment group, with significant experience and expertise in the insurance industry, placed its trust on us.
As of July 2021, Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited wholly owns 80% of the Group. The ultimate parent undertaking of the group at EU level (article 173 of L. 4364/2016 implementing article 215 of DIRECTIVE 2009/138/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL) is Colonnade Finance S.à r.l., located in Luxembourg.
