User Responsibility

Language
The Terms of Use have been drafted in Greek and subsequently translated into English. In case of discrepancies between the Greek and English Terms of Use, the Greek Terms of Use shall prevail.
Applicable law - Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. The Courts of Athens have jurisdiction to resolve disputes that may arise in the future regarding the Terms of Use. Should any of the Terms of Use be considered invalid or null and void, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms of Use, which will remain in force and will apply normally.
