2000We launched the Flexi Capital Creation Program - an innovative retirement plan that enables every person to save for their pension, depending on their finances. The success of the Flexi program gives a strong boost to the production of life insurance premiums.

2000We started from the bancassurance domain, designing special insurance products for Eurobank's customers.

2004We inaugurated a new era in bancassurance, launching Unit Linked products in the Greek market. Thanks to their special operation mechanism, they ensure the protection of investment capital at the end of the program.

2005We won the first place in the production of Life Premiums in the Greek market, exceeding € 385 million. At the same time, we laid the foundations for the development of new sales networks, nationwide, with specially selected partners. In the same year, we acquired new facilities and strengthened our infrastructure.

2006We achieved to be on top again, maintaining the 1st place in the production of Life Premiums for another year.

2008We acquired the insurance company ACTIVA Insurance, doubling our portfolio in General Insurance and reinforcing our sales network with an experienced and reliable affiliate network.

2009We upgraded our insurance programs with new products and services, in order to offer solutions that are more integrated to individuals and businesses.

2015We moved to a new privately owned building in downtown Athens, a location that is considered a landmark in the city.

2016The international investment group Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited trusted us and since August 2016 controls 80% of our Group jointly with OMERS Administration Corporation.

2017We maintained our leadership in the insurance market, both in terms of financial results as well as development initiatives. We carried out systematic work across many different levels, as well as significant investments in infrastructure projects that exceeded € 2 million in 2017 and have been preparing our Group for the next day.

2018We continued our high performance, maintaining our leading profitability position in the Greek insurance market. We invested in new products and tools, as well as infrastructure projects that further optimize the way we work. Building on what we had achieved in previous years, we continued to innovate and pioneer.

2019We stay true to our vision: to constantly create new insurance aspects, with respect for the people. We are a leader in profitability in the Greek insurance market and what drives us is our commitment to continuously deliver greater value to society. In this context, we launched a Corporate Social Responsibility program, which, through actions and investments, proves our commitment to stand by the people of the country.

2020A new chapter begins for our company. Empowered by the strength and the credibility of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, we are taking a big and bold step forward and we re-introduce ourselves as Eurolife FFH. We are right by the people who trust us and we encourage them to achieve more every day.
